UC Riverside welcomed new and returning students and kicked off the fall quarter with a variety of Welcome Week activities.
About 10,000 students moved into campus housing starting on Sept. 19, with the first day of instruction on Sept. 24. Campus departments and groups hosted a series of fun and informative events during Welcome Week to help students discover new resources and explore the campus.
One of the big changes this fall is the opening of the new Undergraduate Teaching and Learning Facility, a four-story instructional building.
